The court case of the woman accused of helping plan the murder of Jacksonville rapper Julio Foolio is now underway in a Tampa courtroom.According to prosecutors that Andrews acted as a lookout while Foolio celebrated his birthday. They claim she coordinated with others who later trapped the rapper in a Holiday Inn parking area.Multiple shooters all
